How do I take care of my flower arrangement(s) to make them last?

• Keep them in a cool place.

• To help avoid wilting and excessive evaporation, keep flowers out of drafty areas.

 Do you charge for delivery?

JK Custom Creations provides FREE delivery to Wichita, Mulvane, Haysville, and Clearwater Kansas. If you are outside of these specified areas, there will be a delivery fee of $10. Please see our Terms & Conditions to learn more about our delivery policy.

What are the hours of operation for JK Custom Creations?

We are available 7 days a week just for you! You can place an order with us anytime between 9am-6pm on Monday through Saturday and 10am-2pm on Sunday. If by chance you need a delivery made outside of our business hours, please let us know as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to comply with your schedule.

Can I order flowers online through your website?

At this time JK Custom Creations only accepts orders over the phone or in person. If you are interested in placing an order with us or would like to schedule a personal consultation, please give our owner, Jamie, a call at 316-293-9441. She’d be more than pleased to answer any questions that you may have.

What do I do with the flowers after the funeral?

If you are unsure of what to do with your flowers after the funeral, then we are here to help provide suggestions. Especially if the arrangements are too big to take home and you don’t want your flower arrangements to go to waste. Please see our options below and if you have any questions, you may contact us here.

• The large arrangements, the casket sprays, or large wreaths can be taken to the burial site to be left on the grave.

• Give the flowers to your friends and family.

• Take home the small arrangements and preserve the flowers.

• Donate the funeral flowers to a hospital, a retirement home, or an organization that provides meaning to you. Make sure to call ahead of time to make sure the facility accepts floral donations.
