Our Prices
Each order is custom based and prices vary depending on the need of the customer. Please call JK Custom Creations to receive your free quote.
Orders & Payment
Customer must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to place order and to make payment.
Payment is due in full upon ordering.
Credit, Debit, and Cash are accepted payment types. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks as a form of payment.
Delivery
We provide free delivery to the specified areas (Wichita, Mulvane, Haysville, and Clearwater in Kansas). For those requesting a delivery outside of the specified areas, there will be a delivery fee of $10.
Once the order is delivered, the flower arrangement(s) become the responsibility of the recipient. Please take note that special instructions will be provided on how to handle the specific arrangement by JK Custom Creations.
If order is needed within 24 hours of being placed, there is no guarantee all products will be available. We will do our best to comply w ith the customer’s needs, but nothing is guaranteed with this short of notice.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct delivery address details. JK Custom Creations requests at least 2 ways of getting a hold of the customer(s) in case an issue arises during delivery. If incorrect information is given, there is the possibility of delays occurring.
Return and Refund Policy
Refunds are contingent upon JK Custom Creations’ approval.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended date.
Cancellation fee is the cost of flowers purchased.
